Every time we went to the outdoor store when I was young I would pester my parents if we could have a kayak. Note that we didn’t live near the ocean nor particularly near a large lake….but I wanted one with all my might! I’d gone on a few kayak trips with friends, but still wanted one of my own.

So the play by play is as follows: I moved to NZ, everywhere in NZ is close to water so location check, and then last year we purchased a double sea kayak and have definitely made use of it.
